Assessment
This service is to collect the necessary information to understand and confirm the organizational need and vision for managing staff that will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the applications deployed in Pega. The Assessment will also review the staff that has been selected for the roles and provide and use this information in the Approach and Planning.
Approach & planning
This service will provide an approach to strike the right balance between Pega classes and needed project experience for the role. The Planning will provide a plan that outlines the training structure for each role and based on the individual assessment. The plan includes Pega classes, the order of classes, related project experience needed, and a duration guideline that provides a road map for each person for their role to be successful.
Onsite & remote worksessions
This service provides customers with an option to assist personnel with work sessions to assist them with their Pega ongoing education. Based on the role, we will have dedicated work sessions that are put together for either an individual or team needing more than what is available through Pega online education. We will define the work session agenda for the particular individual or team and spend dedicated time on the subjects that they need help with the most.
Remote support
This service provides education support that can be used to assist with questions on an as needed basis through several types of convenient communication methods.
